Who All-on-X is for
All-on-X can be a good fit if you:
- are missing most or all of your teeth in one jaw, or both
- have many failing teeth that can't be saved
- wear a full denture and are tired of it slipping or rubbing
- want fixed teeth that you brush in place
Some people need a bone graft or extra planning first, and some health conditions affect healing. The consultation is where you find out what fits your mouth.
How it works
- Free consultation. You meet Dr. Bazzi, review your scan, and talk through whether All-on-4, All-on-X or another option suits you.
- A plan in writing. You leave knowing the treatment sequence, the timeline and the cost up front.
- Surgery. Any teeth that can't be kept are removed and the implants are placed in our office, with sedation available if you feel nervous.
- Healing. The implants bond with the jawbone over several months.
- Your final bridge. Dr. Bazzi designs and fits the final bridge.
All-on-4 or All-on-X?
| All-on-4 | All-on-X | |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per arch | Four | Four or more, often five or six |
| Back implants | Set at an angle to use the bone you have | Placed where your bone allows |
| Suited to | Many patients with some bone loss | Patients who need extra support |
The right number for you is decided after looking at your scan.
What All-on-X costs
The cost depends on one arch or two, how many implants, whether teeth need to come out first, any grafting, and the bridge material. Your written plan lists the cost before anything starts, and our front desk can review your insurance benefits with you.

Questions patients ask
Can I take All-on-X teeth out? No. The bridge is fixed to the implants, and only a dentist can remove it.
What if I've been told I don't have enough bone? All-on-4 angles the back implants to use the bone that is there, which can often avoid grafting. Your scan shows what is possible.
How do I clean it? You brush it like natural teeth. Food can collect underneath the bridge, so that area needs cleaning every day too.
How is this different from a snap-in denture? A snap-in denture clicks onto implants and comes out for cleaning. All-on-X stays in. Snap-in dentures are covered on our implant dentures page.
