Who implants are for
Implants can be a good fit if you:
- are missing one tooth, several teeth, or all of them
- have a bridge or partial denture you're unhappy with
- wear a full denture that slips when you eat or talk
- have a tooth that needs to come out and want to plan what replaces it
Most adults with healthy gums can have implants. Some people need a bone graft first, and some health conditions call for extra planning. The consultation is where you find out.
How it works
- Free consultation. You meet Dr. Bazzi, review your scan, and talk through what is realistic for your mouth and your budget.
- A plan in writing. You leave knowing the treatment sequence, the timeline and the cost up front.
- Placement. The implant is placed in our office, with sedation available if you feel nervous.
- Healing. The bone grows around the post and holds it firmly. This usually takes a few months.
- Your final tooth. A connector and a custom crown go on top, designed and fitted by the same prosthodontist who placed the implant.

What implants cost
The cost depends on how many teeth are being replaced, whether you need a bone graft, and the type of crown. Your written plan lists the cost before anything starts, and our front desk can review your insurance benefits with you.

Questions patients ask
Does getting an implant hurt? The area is numbed before the implant is placed, so most people feel pressure rather than pain. Some soreness for a few days afterward is common.
Am I too old for implants? Age alone rarely rules anyone out. The health of your gums and jawbone matters more.
What if I don't have enough bone? A bone graft can rebuild the area first. For a full arch, All-on-4 sets the back implants at an angle to use the bone that is there, which can often avoid a graft.
Can you replace my old denture with implants? Often, yes. Implant dentures and All-on-X are both designed for people who wear dentures today.
